Variety: Duo do a 'Number'

Faris, Evans to star in New Regency comedy

Anna Faris and Chris Evans are set to take a trip down memory lane in New Regency's R-rated laffer "What's Your Number?"

Director Mark Mylod will lens in May. Regency partner 20th Century Fox will distribute. Mylod's credits include HBO series "Entourage."

"Number" revolves around a young woman who, with the aid of her womanizing next door neighbor, decides to re-visit all her ex-boyfriends in the hopes of finding the man of her dreams.

Beau Flynn and Tripp Vinson are producing. Their previous credits include "Journey to the Center of the Earth" and "The Guardian." They're in post on "Red Dawn."

"What's Your Number?" is based on Karyn Bosnak's tome "20 Times a Lady." Bosnak originally adapted the book for the bigscreen; her script was rewritten by Jennifer Crittenden and Gabrielle Allan...

Variety: 'Lady' Tome Finds Match at New Line

Good 'Times' for Bosnak tale

New Line has bought feature rights to "20 Times a Lady," Karyn Bosnak's tale of modern romance, and set it up with Beau Flynn and Tripp Vinson of Contrafilm to produce.

Bosnak will adapt her novel, which Harper-Collins will publish in July. Story centers on a woman who, having hit her sexual limit at 20 men, decides to track down the other 19 guys in hopes that she's overlooked one who could be "the one"...
