My Gap Jacket

I'm going to be honest, I never would've bought this in the store and I didn't think it was going to look cute on me, but then I put it on and it so is!
In fact, I wore it when I went to Boston for the "What's Your Number?" wrap party (which was so. much. fun.) and now I have it with me in LA, too. Here I am wearing it in my "Adventures on the Amtrak" post:
So anyway, telling you about my jacket leads me to three things:

- I'm a BAD Gap Brand Enthusiast because I never gave away all those jeans they sent me a year ago. But I still have all of them in a pile in my apartment (along with a couple $50 gift certificates and some more gift certificates for free jeans) and I'm going to give them away when I get back from LA, I swear! (Also, I'm not making this up, but the new Gap jeans are the only jeans I wear nowadays. I like the Long & Lean the best and have gone through four pairs since they came out.)

As any fashionable LA girl worth her salt will tell you -- you can *never* have too many jackets. Its all about layering in this city, and this is an adorable piece to layer with. And PS, love the blog!!

After high school I kind of fell out of the Gap, but lately, I've been seeing a lot of cute things there and I'm ready to fall right back into the Gap.
That is a really cute jacket. It would be perfect for late summer/early fall here in MN! I also need new jeans. BADLY. (The Levi's I have on right now are getting quite a hole right below my rear!) Hope it's my lucky day! :)

I LOVE LOVE the new Gap jeans. Seriously, they rock and they are so comfortable. And thanks for the discount code... after leaving three of my favorite Gap tanks in a hotel room last week, I needed to buy more anyway, so perfect timing! :-)
I've tried so hard over the last year to build a work wardrobe that I've sorely neglected my weekend wardrobe. I too was skeptical over the bleached denim, but it really does look lovely on you. Hopefully it will do the same for me!

Last week (in Canada) the Gap had a KILLER sale on jeans. and lucky for me - I was just going in to drop $70 on a new pair bc I ripped my current ones.
Jeans were on sale for $29.99 + an additional 40% off. I ended up getting a pair of jeans for $17!!!! So of course I went back again and this time left with 2 more pairs of the $17 jeans. HOLLAAAA
