All Things Mary
Feb 5, 2010 at 1:24 PM A (Catholic all-girls) high school friend of mine named Jennie started a blog called All Things Mary. It's really cute... she finds hip things featuring Mary (you know, Jesus' mom) like candles, jewelry, and artwork and writes about them.

Now, I have to admit, I don't go to church much anymore, but I still love me some Mary. (And I think she'd be disappointed with the Catholic Church's failure to move into the twenty-first century. Like, you know, the fact that "Love thy neighbor as thyself" doesn't apply to gays. Things like that.)
Anywho... Jennie, Sister Veronique (and Sister Marion, and Sister Helen, and Sister Mary*, and even Miss Cosinski) would be so proud if they saw your blog! Way to live the fourth!
*Sister Mary Sattgast, our biology teacher who'd go into a week-long depression when it came time to euthanize our dissected frogs. (God bless her, I'd cry, too.)

Ha! I was just randomly searching for my aunt (Sister Mary) on Google as she will be receiving an award this weekend for her service at Carmel. Would she really go into a depression about frogs? I need to ask her about that.
