Save Karyn on Kindle & Jersey Shore (Because somehow those things go together)
Jan 26, 2010 at 10:35 AM Save Karyn is finally available on Kindle! Yippie! It seems like I've been waiting forever for it to happen. (eBooks were never put into my original contract so it took some working out to get it done.)
Anywho, I'm really chatty right now and have a million things I want to tell you about, and while chatty is good for blog writing it's even better for book writing so I have to go. But before I do, I know I'm late to the conversation on this, but I've finally started watching Jersey Shore. I didn't get the fascination with the show and now that I'm six episodes in, I GET IT. I mean, honestly, I've been howling with laughter in my apartment alone over it for the last two days. It's amazing.
So here's my question to you: You're stranded on a deserted island and MUST have sex with one of the guys on the show in order to get off. (Excuse the pun.) You MUST. Who do you choose?

I'm later than you - never seen Jersey Shore, nor the two movies you talked about in the posting below. Which did you see? How was it?
David and I saw "Sherlock Holmes" on Sunday and it was fun. I never knew how fasinating Robert Downey Jr. was until I saw that film. He makes Jude Law look kind of dull...and I don't think Jude Law is really dull.

I feel the same way about Jersey Shore. I had TiVoed SNL and was watching it one Sunday afternoon. I saw Seth Meyer interviewing one of the cast members dressed up as "Snookie" and I hadn't laughed that hard in YEARS. I lived and "partied" in NJ on and off throughout my 20s and that's why I was laughing so hard. I can totally attest to their guidoness. Hilarious! So, I immediately recorded all the episodes and watched a marathon session. Ed thought I'd lost my mind. It is sooooo bad it is good!
I would choose Vinny! I love the 'aww shucks' attitude he has and I think he's the best looking of them all. Fist pump baby!
Jersey Shore has been on my to do list for awhile now (I realize how lame that sounds). I think I need to bump it to the top!

I would have to say Vinny too. He's the only one that didn't make me cringe every episode. I would have said Ronnie but after watching the reunion show, I really hate him. I won't give away what happened though!

I've been a die-hard Jersey Shore fan from the beginning. They remind me of life and my love life in my 20s.

I say Vinny because he's the least likely to make me physically ill. The thought of the combination scent of gel and Acqua di Gio just made me throw up in my mouth a little bit.

The Situation is never going to get near my Situation, he is so insecure and well annoying. I'd say Pauly D, that is only from watching the reunion, but he seems to be adorable under the hair gel.
Ok, I've thought about it and I've decided probably Vinny since he doesn't come off like a womanizer. He's the only one that seems pretty normal.

i was late getting into watching Jersey Shore too. at first i thought it was stupid and refused to watch it. after actually watching a few episodes i got addicted to it...
as much of an asshole he is, the Situation is HOTT... i'd need an std free guarentee though...
ps i heard on the radio the other day Snooki is trying to push mtv to do a dating show for her called "Snookin' For Love"
