The Price is Right

Jun 4, 2008 at 8:41 PM I've written about this before and it must be a PMS thing, but I'm watching The Price is Right right now and I'm crying because I'm so happy for the people because they're so happy.
I mean, is anyone else watching? It's some million dollar bonanza show and it's so good.
UPDATE: Okay, now I'm screaming at the TV because this guy totally overbid on his showcase.
UPDATE 2: Omg, I was totally wrong. Not only was his bid not too high, but it was within $1,000 of the price of the showcase so he won both the showcase and the million dollars. Oh, I'm so happy for him. Way to go, Adam!
UPDATE 3: I'm such a moron.

The Price is Right holds a special place in my heart since I went on the show twice with my friends. It really was an amazing experience.
And I feel like I saw the episode you're watching, haha. I definitely yelled at a guy who's bid I thought was ridiculous and he won the whole shabang, good thing I wasn't there then, haha.

I have to show you the clip of Tom on the show from a few years ago. He's obsessed with that show.
He made it to contestant's row but never on stage. He was bummed but he got some fancy partying gifts.
He did not go on the show! OMG, send the clip now!!!!!
Too funny! I have a couple of clients who will be in L.A. next week (I'm a travel agent in Ohio) & they were going on & on about how they scored tickets to "The Price is Right," but were lamenting the fact that they wouldn't be there for the "Million Dollar Bonanza." I had no idea what they were talking about. Geez... And all these years I thought "a brand! New!! CAR!!!" was the ultimate prize on that show...
Ha- Million Dollar "Bonanza" show.
That makes me think it's just madness over there at the Price is Right.

Was it just me or did Adam seem a little on the fruity side? But YAY for him - he pulled it off!
Haha! I totally was screaming my lungs out for that guy! I couldn't believe it. I think in all my years of watching I have NEVER seen anyone win both showcases and then this million dollar thing? Put a fork in me, cause I'm done!
Oh, wait. I didn't know he won both the showcases. Did he? Wow.
And anon, I thought he seemed like he had ADD.
