My BF said the SAME thing but I blew him off because we have different taste in movies. He'll be happy to know someone else hated the movie, too.
Oh I loved it...a little long, but it held my attention.
Maybe you just have to be in the mood?
i'm having a big NYE over here in Oz and went to the movies to see Benjamin Button. i've just got home and it is 28 minutes to midnight at the moment.
It was the Very Long Story of Benjamin Button but unusually it held my attention for the whole 2 hrs 45 minutes. i liked it, so did my bf. i don't want to give away the plot but i cried a lot. my bf also said it was v sad.
did you recognize scenes from New Orleans? See, we are going to see it, but only because it was filmed here. So I have a feeling the boring stuff will be weighed out by the familiarity of it all!
I liked it for the most part. Acting was great. Cate and Brad looked great. It had too much Forrest Gump meets Titanic meets An Affair to Remember moments in it. They could have cut a 1/2 hour from it.
watching it at home on a screener is much differentthatn watching it in a theater. It was quite good
