my parents went to new oreleans on vacation and my mom raved about beignets for weeks after coming home
I went home to visit family and friends during Thanksgiving week and I bought that same box. My son has been pestering me everyday to make them. Actually he just showed me the box 3 minutes ago and asked why we have to wait. I told him I am saving it for Christmas Morning. We have Seafood Gumbo every Christmas, so I thought it would be a good combination.
You've mentioned it before, I'm sure, but what kind of camera do you have? The quality of the image looks so good and I'm sure most of it has to do with your picture taking skills but I would love to have a camera that takes nice shots like yours.

This is one of the best photos I've ever seen here at "Pretty...", Karen. I mean, you always take good ones but this one is PHENOMENAL. And you had a great time with her, to boot!
Were the beignets any good? I guess it doesn't matter when baked by a tot this cute!
