The Plumbers
Jan 18, 2008 at 3:15 PM So a couple of plumbers are here fixing something with the radiator, and while one of them is working, the other one is standing here watching The Goonies with me.
I'm gonna try and take a picture of them. One of them thinks he's Johnny Depp, circa 21 Jump Street. (Or Pirates of the Caribbean because I think he's wearing eye liner.)
UPDATE: Okay, I tried to take about a million pictures with my computer on the sly, but I couldn't get a good one. The only semi-decent one I got is when my TV viewing buddy went to help Johnny at the end and bent over. He didn't have plumber's crack, but if he did, this soooo would've been the money shot:
I also got this really sexy picture of me trying to be sneaky and pretend I wasn't looking in their direction. The camera snapped the picture before I was able to turn the computer around.
When I finally realized I wasn't going to be able to get a clear picture of them, I just came right out and asked, "Can I take a picture of you guys for my blog?"
They were like, "People who read your blog want to see our picture?"
I was like, "Oh, yes."
They agreed, so I asked them to grab their wrenches and look tough. This is what I got:
Please note that Johnny's tattoo says "Brooklyn." Because of that, he's no longer Johnny Depp to me—he's Tony Manero.
Also, please note that The Goonies is still on the TV.
Ha ha... these guys were fun and nice.
