Guess The Simpson

So I pretty much think this Simpsonize Me thing is crap because very few people actually look like their Simpsonized characters. To prove my point (or not prove it—you decide), I Simpsonized six very-recognizable people and I want you to guess who they are.

#1                              #2

#3                              #4

#5                              #6

I also did two more people who couldn't be more different and got the same result.
Can you guess who they are?

#7                              #8

Scroll down for the results.

Results. (Next to the picture I uploaded.)

#1 Donald Trump
(Totally got the hair right.)

#2 Madonna
(Ugh. Terrible.)

#3 George W. Bush

(They made him look wimpy, which is pretty much right.)

#4 Oprah

(This one was spot on.)

#5 Brad Pitt
(Okay, um seriously? I did two more pictures, too, and got the same thing.)

#6 Barbara Walters
(Poor Bawbwa. And what's with the artist's palette?)

And for two people with the same result:

#7 Mona Lisa

#8 Paris Hilton

Hmmm....
(They do kind of resemble each other, I suppose.
They have the same jaw, nose, and eyes.)

I wasted entirely too much time doing this.

I only guessed Oprah correctly.
Thanks for the fun!

that is too fun!

My simpson character looked pretty close, actually. I was surprised.

I guess I should post it in my blog! DOH!

I totally got #s 4, 5, & 6. I thought #1 was Dick Cheney. Now I want to dust off GIMP and give Mona Lisa a makeover. Blonde bangs, sculpted brows, plumped lips. Maybe a little of the 'rexia. You think Mona Lisa is a drinking & driving sort?

Banana Bunkers, apple sweaters, and Brad Pitt looking like a hot mess via Simpsonize. This has been a kooky week 'round here! Thanks for the laughs.

I thought Madonna was Morticia Adams...

As for Paris - chisel all that makeup off, let her eyebrows grow over her face more...not too far off, like you say!

I thought I left a comment yesterday, but I guess it isn't showing up. What I wanted to say was I guessed the Oprah one as Condoleeza Rice!!

I simpsonized myself a few days ago--kinda close, maybe. I might put it on my blog.

I didn't really have a clue on any of those!! Check out my new blog. I am quitting myspace for now (see blog as to why).

Hey Karyn,
Were you affected by the crazy brooklyn tornado?

August 9, 2007 | Unregistered Commenterjane

Karyn! HELP! I tried to do the Simsonize thing and had so much trouble! How long did it take you to do it? After it took the pic, I got to the page where you can adjust things but I didnt want to adjust and even when I did adjust there was nowhere to save anything. Can you give me directions or something on what to do when you get to that screen? PLEEEEZE! :(

And I was about to ask "having too much time on your hands eh?"

Did you try out the one on Myspace? You can play around more with that one, I like it better.

OK, I loved this post, especially putting Paris Hilton next to the Mona Lisa. Priceless. Oh the wonders that can be done with creating characters.
