I read your blog all the time, but this is my very first comment. I had to clue you in on these other earbuds by JVC. Try the "marshmallow" ones with the smooshy earpieces. They conform to your ear canals, thus blocking out a lot of background noise. An added plus is that you don't have that turn-your-head-gently-so-your-bud-won't-fall-out stuff to worry about. I heart mine!
