Weeds High-Ku Contest

My favorite show on TV, Weeds, is having a "High-Ku" contest. The website says you can be "handsomely rewarded" for your efforts, but I can't seem to find out what one can win.

Despite this, I wrote something, but it's a riddle limerick instead of a haiku. Here's my submission:

The Mom From Agrestic
A Riddle Limerick by Karyn Bosnak

There once was a mom from Agrestic,
Who lived a life some might deem majestic.
But then her hubby up and croaked,
So she started selling smoke,
Which was necessary, but not necessarily domestic.

That's very good, but it's a limerick. Haiku is 17 syllables.
