Your niece is too cute. This will be a good one to pull out when she introduces you to her new boyfriend. Just wait until she starts talking and says swear words by accident. My daughter keeps saying "beach" but it really sounds like something else...and I can't laugh in front of her! Make sure that you frame this one, as your niece will think that you are cool when she's a teenager for having a pic of her flipping off the world!
